My guiding conviction
I am a womanist theologian, preacher, educator, author, and strategist committed to Black women's flourishing. My work draws on four decades in social work and ministry, and on a belief that wisdom must lead to action. I help people and institutions clarify what matters, challenge unjust practices, and build what comes next.
My preaching, teaching, and consulting confront the ways patriarchy, misogynoir, and white supremacy constrain lives and communities. I bring theological reflection, lived experience, and practical strategy to the work of justice, joy, and transformation.
I express this commitment through two distinct practices. DreamBIG Coaching & Consulting helps Black women and leaders turn ideas into income and impact. Sanctified Code™ supports AI literacy, ethics, and governance for faith-based and nonprofit organizations. Both ask how our decisions can serve human dignity and collective flourishing.
DreamBIG supports Black women's leadership and entrepreneurship. Sanctified Code™ helps institutions practice responsible AI. Both are shaped by womanist wisdom, justice, and practical action.

Prophetic listening is the transformative practice Dr. Irie employs in her coaching ministry — a skill honed over four decades of service as a social worker. It is rooted in attentive, empathetic listening paired with a deep understanding of human experience and the complexities of societal structures.
