Every Woman is a Masterpiece

Honoring Women By Re-Examining Biblical Stories

For we are God's masterpiece...created anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things...planned for us long ago. Eph 2:10 (NLT)

Dr. Irie L. Session

My gifts are for teaching biblical texts in ways that help women discover and reclaim their unique voice and value. Because I bring all of who I am to every aspect of  my teaching ministry, my style is interactive, energetic, and empathic.

Together, let's re-discover you, GOD's Masterpiece!

"Rev. Irie is a no nonsense tell it like it is servant of God. I'm amazed at her delivery of the word while incorporating current events. She is the real deal and each time I have had the pleasure of hearing her speak I walk away feeling renewed and empowered."
Tanisha Figueroa, DDT Family, Brooklyn, N.Y.

"Dr. Irie is a much-needed prophetic voice in the church and the world today.  She is a capable and vivacious, Spirit-filled and compassionate teacher who I am blessed to count as a colleague and friend in ministry."

Rev. Authur Stewart, Sr. Pastor of Midway Hills Christian Chuch, Dallas, Texas
"I tune into Dr. Session's Bible lessons, because of her deep understanding of their meaning for real life experience and healing."
Dr. Karen Baker-Fletcher, Professor of Systematic Theology, Perkins School of Theology, SMU

My latest book on reclaiming your life...

In Murdered Souls, Resurrected Lives, I focus on exploited women’s understanding of God and how that understanding shapes their self-perception. Based on my work with victims of the sex trade, I offer a theological framework for preaching and teaching resurrection from soul murder, based on tenets of womanist theological ethics, including radical subjectivity, traditional communalism, redemptive self-love, and critical engagement with biblical stories featuring women.

With help, soul-murdered women can reclaim their lives!
"When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid."
